CHEF EXPRESS WORKSHOP: LEAN & CLEAN – VEGAN SAUCES AND DRESSINGS
Who says healthy food is tasteless? This class showcases vegan sauces and dressings that can be used across several dishes. On the menu: Thai almond butter sauce, homemade scotch bonnet BBQ sauce and a beautiful rainbow soba noodle salad.

CHOPPED: CAYMAN STYLE
Channel your inner chef and dig deep for inspiration to compete in a friendly Mystery Basket Challenge, just like the TV Show Chopped. You will be randomly put into two teams of six with your partner. Gather your friends so you can all work together or be ready to make new friends. The prize goes to the team with the best overall dish. Light snacks will be served, and you must be at least 19 years old to register.

COOKIN N TINGS WITH CHEF SARA MAIR-DOAK OF SMOKIES BBQ HOUSE
Explore the flavors of Jamaica and Cayman with Chef Sara, a former Top Chef contestant and Executive Chef at Smokies BBQ House, which won “Cayman’s Hidden Gem” at the Table Talk Food Awards 2016. These classes will explore the flavors of the Caribbean in a fun, relaxed and inspiring atmosphere.

MAMMA MIA! A TASTE OF GREECE at BON VIVANT KITCHEN STUDIO
Enjoy a taste of Greek appetizers paired with crisp white wine at Bon Vivant before watching in the film Mamma Mia! All with a soundtrack of Abba tunes in a beautiful Mediterranean Greek setting.
