- 2 ounces Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
- 1 ounce Triple Sec
- 1½ ounces sweet and sour, preferably homemade*
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon vodka
Dip the rim of the glass into the vodka, then into half of the sugar. Using a culinary torch, carefully heat the sugar until it caramelizes.
Take the remaining teaspoon of sugar and mix it with the cinnamon. Dip the rim of the glass into some Captain Morgan Spiced Rum and then dip into the cinnamon sugar mix.
Combine all of the remaining ingredients into a shaker and shake vigorously. Double strain into the coated rim coupe glass and enjoy.
*⅔ simple syrup with ⅓ freshly squeezed lemon juice
