A local farmer used to come to Jessie’s Juice Bar to request the leftover juice pulp to feed his goats. Jessie noticed the demand and was inspired to create a dish using the leftover pulp to ensure no waste was left behind; she came up with a unique recipe that produced crackers and wraps.

- 6½ fluid ounces vegetable pulp
- 1 tablespoon flax meal
- ¼ teaspoon seasoning
- Slice garlic to taste (optional)
- Sprinkle sea salt (optional)
Add all ingredients to a blender. Add enough water to cover ingredients and puree on high and low pulse until the mixture is smooth and spreadable.
Spread 1 cup of the mixture into a circle on a dehydrator mat at a thickness of approximately 3mm.
Dehydrate at 105 F for 12-24 hours (until dry), then rehydrate.
